Co-Wash or condition .. there are no restrictions with our amazing moisturizing conditioner which is made with rosemary , sage, nettle and other ingredients. When conditioning place a generous amount  of no restrictions moisturizing conditioner in plam of hand then evenly distribute thoroughout your hair. Comb thorugh with wide tooth comb to ensure even coverage from root to end. If hair is damaged, sit under plastic cap for 5 minutes or under palstic  cap and hooded dryer for 10 minutes.
