Directions: Wet hair, massage shampoo into hair and run fingers lengthwise along hair. Lather and allow to remain in hair for 30 seconds or up to 3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and repeat if necessary. Massage hair lengthwise while shampooing to avoid tangling.
